Do you carry spare parts?
We carry common washers, O-rings, and cistern parts. For tap cartridges and specific parts, we may need to source them — we'll let you know before we start.
Can you fix a running toilet?
Yes — most running toilets are caused by a faulty fill valve or flapper. We diagnose and replace the faulty part.
Do you do gas work?
No — gas work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We handle water-side plumbing only.
